Retail Clients
We provide our retail clients around the world with access to more than 15,000 products, including spot foreign exchange, both financial trading and physical investment in precious metals, as well as contracts for difference (“CFDs”), which are investment products with returns linked to the performance of underlying assets. Our industry-leading platforms in this space include FOREX.com, City Index and coininvest.com. In addition, our independent wealth management business offers a comprehensive product suite to retail investors in the United States.
Institutional Clients
We provide institutional clients with a complete securities offering that includes equities trading services designed to help clients find liquidity with best execution, consistent liquidity across a robust array of fixed income products, competitive and efficient clearing and execution in all major futures and securities exchanges globally and access to frontier and emerging markets, as well as prime brokerage in equities and major foreign currency pairs and swap transactions. In addition, we originate, structure and place debt instruments in the international and domestic capital markets. These instruments include asset-backed securities (primarily in Argentina) and domestic municipal securities.

Segregation
StoneX Financial segregates customer assets pursuant to SEC requirements. Segregation means your assets are kept separate from firm assets, and thus are protected from potential losses of the firm.
Depositories and Custodians
StoneX Financial maintains customer assets with some of the world’s largest depositories and custodians. Customer securities (stocks, ETFs, bonds) are held at DTC, Euroclear and BNY Mellon.
DTC – All U.S. clearing firms use the Depository Trust Company (DTC) for custody of eligible securities. DTC is one of the world’s largest securities depositories retaining custody of more than $37 trillion in securities. Euroclear – Euroclear Bank is the leading International Central Securities Depository providing safekeeping of assets valued at more than €27 trillion. Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) – StoneX Financial uses BNY Mellon for custody of non-U.S. securities that are not DTC or Euroclear eligible. BNY Mellon has more than $31 trillion in assets under custody and/or administration. FDIC Insurance – Customers enrolled in our FDIC Sweep Program receive Federal Deposit Insurance on USD cash balances up to 5,000,000. Customer cash and currencies are deposited in regulated U.S. and international banks in accounts specifically designated for customers and segregated from StoneX assets pursuant to SEC regulations. In addition to using some of the world’s most respected asset custodians, StoneX Financial has secured account protection coverage through Lloyd’s of London in the amount of $24.5 million in securities per customer with an aggregate limit of $100 million.
